All accounts provided through TradeSpace are simulated trading accounts.

Users acknowledge that:

• Trading activity takes place in a simulated environment.
• Users are not trading live capital during evaluations.
• TradeSpace does not accept deposits for trading purposes.
• TradeSpace does not provide investment services or financial advice.
• TradeSpace does not manage customer funds.
• Purchase fees are payment for access to our evaluation services and platform.

Successful completion of an evaluation does not guarantee future earnings or payments unless all eligibility requirements and verification checks are satisfied.

3. Eligibility

To use TradeSpace you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

TradeSpace reserves the right to refuse access to any individual where necessary.

• Using unauthorised automated systems.
• Manipulating the evaluation environment.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
• Any activity considered abusive or against the purpose of the evaluation.

TradeSpace has the right to cancel evaluations or deny rewards where rule abuse is identified.

7. Funded / Reward Stage

Users who successfully complete evaluation requirements may become eligible for further opportunities or rewards.

Eligibility may require:

• Identity verification.
• Review of trading activity.
• Compliance checks.
• Acceptance of additional agreements.

TradeSpace reserves the right to approve, delay, or reject progression where necessary.

8. Payments and Fees
