What We Collect

When you purchase an evaluation account, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your full legal name, as it appears on a government ID.
• Your phone number.

Once your account is active, we also hold:

• Your trading activity — trade entries/exits, position size, timestamps, and realized P&L.
• Account balance and equity history.
• Anything you choose to add yourself — a display name, avatar, bio, journal entries, or trading plan.
• Basic technical data (IP address, device/browser type) collected via cookies — see the Cookie Policy.

Why We Collect It

• Legal name and phone number are collected as part of standard KYC-style identity checks for a funded/evaluation trading account, the same way any prop-firm signup would collect them.
• Trade data is what evaluation and payout decisions are based on — it’s the substance of the service itself.
• Email is used for login, order confirmations, and account-related notices (e.g. the set-password link sent after a purchase).
• Technical/cookie data supports site security, performance, and (where you’ve consented) analytics — see the Cookie Policy for the full breakdown.

Who Can See It

Your legal name, phone number, and trade history are visible only to you and to TradeSpace staff reviewing accounts (for example, evaluating a payout request) — never published or shared publicly. A separate, optional public profile (display name, avatar, bio) is visible to other users if you set one up; it’s deliberately kept apart from your legal identity and trade data.

We share data with the third-party services that make the platform work: Stripe (payment processing), our database host, and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each only receives what it needs to perform its function.

How Long We Keep It

We retain account and trade data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet financial record-keeping and dispute-resolution needs. You can request deletion at any time (see below); some records may need to be retained longer where we’re required to by law or legitimate business need (e.g. a completed payout’s records).

Your Rights
